These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and free888 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the free888 online gaming platform accessible at https://free888.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or above. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be the registered account holder acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of free888 or any of its affiliate entities.
• You must not be located in, or resident of, any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling through the Platform or any other operator's self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be acting under any form of coercion or duress when registering or depositing funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or inadvertent, may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You undertake to update your account information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. free888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately via the email address [email protected].

free888 does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of accounts between players under any circumstances.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing obligations, free888 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as the Company may deem necessary.

The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months.
• Proof of the payment method used, such as a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow account, or bank statement confirming account ownership.
• A selfie or facial verification photograph as required by our identity verification system.

free888 reserves the right to suspend or limit account functionality, including withdrawal processing, until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and reviewed. The Company commits to processing KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1–3 business days.

free888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which currently include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT via the TRC20 network.

All deposit transactions are processed at current exchange rates where applicable. The Company does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which free888 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are lawfully owned by you and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for Real Money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company's compliance team.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to a player's balance must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review for AML compliance. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Standard processing timeframes are: DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet — within minutes during normal operating hours; FPX bank transfer — 5 to 10 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals — subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes; card withdrawals — 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

free888 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day, as published on the Withdrawal page of the Platform. The Company may, in exceptional circumstances, request a cooling-off period before processing a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity.

free888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps where applicable.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Players may not transfer, sell, or assign bonus credits to other players.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
• free888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at its discretion with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, exploiting software errors, or circumventing wagering requirements through matched betting or systematic stake manipulation — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses require verified date of birth on account. Tier-based amounts (Bronze: MYR 188, Silver: MYR 388, Gold: MYR 888, VIP Elite: MYR 2,688) are illustrative and subject to change.
• Referral rewards (currently MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are credited upon the referred player completing KYC and making a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are subject to wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirming any wager. free888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system.

In the event of an obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds publication, technical malfunction, or data feed error, free888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. The Company's decision regarding the validity of bets placed under erroneous conditions is final.

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, and UFC events — are subject to their individual sporting body's rules and free888's specific sportsbook rules as published on the relevant market pages. The Company may restrict maximum stake amounts for individual markets at its discretion.

For live casino and slot games, the results of all rounds are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited for fairness. The published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-run averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage or automates gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions in a coordinated manner.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or reported error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party payment details to fund an account.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards free888 staff or other players.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of free888 or its licensed suppliers and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of free888.

The free888 name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trade marks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, free888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other losses arising from your reliance on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. free888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of data or Account balance arising from technical failures, server downtime, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Discovery that a player is under the minimum age requirement;
• Regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, free888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If termination is at your own request, any Real Money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gambling purposes will be processed on priority and may include optional self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure.

free888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 days of being formally raised in writing, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or, where applicable, through the appropriate regulatory or judicial body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law or the laws of any other jurisdiction in which you have statutory protections that cannot be excluded by contract.
